This Cucumber Hibiscus Shrub truly tastes like cucumbers followed by a delightfully sour vitamin C hit from the rosella flowers.

This shrub is all colour and depth. Serve with gin or sparkling water.

We changed the name to Cucumber Hibiscus. Rosa de Jamaica is Spanish for Hibiscus so we named the shrub after infamous Jamaica tea sold on the streets of Mexico. We changed it to Cucumber Hibiscus to better reflect what was in this shrub flavour. 

An excellent source of vitamins, probiotics, support your digestion and are naturally low in sugar.

These shrubs are made the traditional way, preserving their nutritional and probiotic quality, keeping them raw and unpasteurised.  The ingredients are sourced directly from local Australian farmers, organic or spray free.

Slow-fermented and cold pressed by hand, they are unpasteurised and contain the vinegar mother.
