Katie Swift Cordials are handcrafted natural cordials, and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.   Hand made in Marrickville, Sydney.

All the flavours are based on one natural cordial recipe, which was passed down to Katie by her aunt Patti, the original recipe was developed by Patti to work through an abundant crop of lemons every citrus season.

Wherever possible, fruit is sourced close to home base in Sydney. Lemons, Limes and Tangelos from Sommersby, Lemons from Middle Dural and Seville Oranges from Lake Munmora. Katie goes to the orchards in the winter when the trees are bountiful, and picks, juices and freezes for the year ahead. Because of the seasonal nature of the produce used, not all flavours are available all the time.

How Katie Swift Cordials Started

 The original Lemon cordial has been in Katie's family for generations. Katie gave a bottle of the original lemon to Alex Elliott-Howrie and James Grant as a 'cafe warming present' when they opened their award winning cafe - Cornersmith Cafe in Marrickville in 2012. Alex and James asked if they could sell the cordial at Cornersmith, and Katie Swift Cordials was on its way.  Cornersmith Cafe started selling the cordial and from one, then are now 16 flavours.

Pomegranate and Blood Orange French 75

30ml Katie Swift Pomegranate and Blood orange cordial

60ml Gin

Dry Prosecco or Blanc de Blancs

Crushed ice


Combine cordial, gin and ice in a cocktail shaker or small jug. Shake or stir.  Pour into 2 champagne flutes and top with chilled prosecco or Blanc de Blancs.  Garnish optional - pomegranate seeds or dehydrated orange
