It all started when a group of neighbours in Melbourne met each week to share home-made food and drinks.
At first, more than anything, they would create their own gin blends. Over time, they decided that they also wanted to create a non-alcoholic gin.
Using their existing still, they created their first batch of Sapiir, which was soon served to friends and the demand grew.
